REF's mission is to assist local students who desire continuing education in order to improve our home. Rhea Economic & Tourism Council, Inc., is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit registered in the State of Tennessee. All gifts made to Rhea Education Foundation are tax-deductible. Investments fund Rhea Education Foundation's scholarship endowment and operation.
